Milk kefir is a fermented yogurt-like drink made with kefir "grains" and milk. Kefir made with kefir grains contains 36 to 56 different strains of beneficial bacteria (probiotics), which help reestablish healthy gut flora. It can be made using dairy, coconut milk or other vegan nut milks.

You will learn how to
-make kefir
-second ferment kefir
-make kefir cream cheese

You will be going home with your own jar of kefir grains ready to produce your own batch of delicious kefir.
