Over the past 5 years the Enspiral Network has been developing and testing innovative processes for collaboration with it’s 300 social entrepreneurs in NZ and throughout the world. Their mission of ‘more people working on stuff that matters’ has led to a unique organisational form which maximises both individual freedom and cooperation to become more than the sum of their parts; winning international management prizes. 

You’re invited to an evening sharing some of what we’ve learned with a short presentation followed by Q&A, then through a hands-on Project Kitchen which will get all of us collaborating on each other’s projects. 

In a Project Kitchen there is a Chef to facilitate each table, people who have projects they’d like help with and others who are keen to support. Through a fast and energising process, participants get concrete ideas and encouragement for moving forward in their projects and ventures. It’s also a great way to find out what’s going on in our networks and cross-pollinating between initiatives.
