Join Julia Grueskin, plant-based chef and hatha yoga instructor, for a yummy, healthy, and educational evening centered around macrobiotic cooking and nutrition! Learn some principles of macrobiotics, from balancing Yin and yang to the energy within different foods.

Local, seasonal produce will be emphasized for this mid-winter meal. Learn how to make the dishes and then share in a colorful and nourishing meal all together at the end of the class. You will receive all of the recipes so that you can recreate these dishes at home as well! $30 per person to cover the workshop, space, and ingredients.
